Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print for your return package.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange shipment will be dispatched.
